By creating an account, posting a project, applying for a micro-job, or purchasing services on www.jobpayeer.com, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

To access most features on Jobpayeer, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
• Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized breaches or account usage.

Jobpayeer provides an online ecosystem connecting Clients and Freelancers. While we facilitate the interaction, transaction, and resolution process, the contract for work is directly between the Client and the Freelancer. We are not a party to any contract entered into between users of the platform.

All financial transactions on Jobpayeer are processed securely. When a client funds a project or purchases a service, the funds are held securely in escrow until milestones are achieved or the project is completed.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to bypass platform payments by offering or soliciting off-platform arrangements.
• Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or attempting to compromise platform security.
• Creating multiple accounts or manipulating reviews or ratings.

Unless otherwise agreed between Client and Freelancer, upon full payment for completed work, all intellectual property rights in the delivered work transfer to the Client. All platform assets, graphics, software, and brand features are the property of Jobpayeer.

Jobpayeer is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability. In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
